Samples were taken from 3 contaminated and 1 non contaminated sites of the military base in 3 depth (0.8-1m, 5.5-5.8m and 7.5-7.8m). After DNA extraction whole metagenome sequencing was performed on Illumina MiSeq platform with V3 chemistry and 600 cycles.
