Effect of work on the physical health of hospital doctors and nurses in Europe 2017

This statistic displays the result of a 2017 survey asking hospital doctors and nurses in Europe if, over the last 12 months, their work had affected their physical health. In seven of the countries surveyed, over 50 percent of doctors and nurses responded that their work had negatively affected their physical health. The physical health of German doctors and nurses was the most negatively affected by their work with 63 percent of respondents choosing this response.
