本数据集是基于低剂量CT技术构建的纵向影像数据库，系统追踪胸肺部病变的时序性演变规律，覆盖肺癌早期筛查及慢性肺病随访等场景，精确记录肺结节体积变化、磨玻璃影动态特征、间质性病变演变等关键信息。通过提供标准化时序影像资源，推动肺结节智能追踪、肿瘤演进预测及个体化随访方案的优化，为胸部疾病的精准防控与动态管理提供坚实的数据基础。

This dataset is a longitudinal imaging database constructed based on low-dose CT technology, which systematically tracks the temporal evolution patterns of thoracic and pulmonary lesions. It covers scenarios such as early lung cancer screening and chronic lung disease follow-up, and accurately records key information including volume changes of pulmonary nodules, dynamic characteristics of ground-glass opacities, and evolution of interstitial lesions.
