JECFA Database

JECFA Database是由世界卫生组织(WHO)和联合国粮农组织(FAO)联合建立的食品添加剂、污染物、毒物和兽药评估数据库。该数据库包含JECFA执行的所有评估摘要，提供基本化学信息、ADI/TDI值、最新报告和专论链接以及评估历史记录。数据库可通过部分名称、CAS号、首字符或功能类别进行搜索，包含截至第101届JECFA会议(2025年10月)的所有更新。JECFA Database is a database for the evaluation of food additives, contaminants, toxins and veterinary drugs jointly established by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). This database encompasses all evaluation summaries carried out by JECFA, offering basic chemical information, ADI/TDI values, links to the latest reports and monographs, as well as evaluation historical records. The database supports searches via partial names, CAS numbers, initial characters or functional categories, and includes all updates up to the 101st JECFA meeting (October 2025).
