Gene expression profiling of Cav1 knock down in murine hepatic stellate cell

Activated primary murine hepatic stellate cells were transfected with siRNA targeting Caveolin-1 directly after attachment (o/n). Experiment was performed in triplicate using primary cells from 3 donor mice. RNA was isolated from quiescent primary hepatic stellate cells, Activated hepatic stellate cells and siRNA targeting Caveolin-1 in activated stellate cells .
