Analysis outputs and reproducible data for: Airway microbial state transitions during exacerbation and recovery in asthma and COPD

This repository contains the processed analytical outputs generated for the manuscript: Do Airway Microbial Communities Recover After Exacerbations? A Longitudinal Study of Microbial State Transitions in Asthma and COPD The study is a secondary longitudinal analysis of publicly available respiratory microbiome datasets comprising childhood asthma and adult chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) cohorts. The repository contains the statistical outputs used to generate the figures, supplementary material, and reported results presented in the manuscript. Raw sequencing data are not included because they are available from the original public repositories.
