Objective:To identify proteins that interact with TM-1.Method:Using the cDNA of the TM-1 gene constructed onto the yeast two-hybrid bait vector as bait, the cotton yeast two-hybrid nuclear library was screened, and the proteins interacting with TM-1 were identified through multiplex reporter gene detection, DNA sequencing, and BLAST alignment analysis of the positive clones.
