Here, we employ a multi-method framework integrating regional-scale standardized field surveys, high-throughput amplicon sequencing, and soil profiling (0-10 cm, 10-20 cm, 20-40 cm) to dissect biodiversity-function relationships across four trophic groups (bacteria, fungi, nematodes, and protozoa).
