QuTE4E Outreach Survey

This is the dataset gathered for the second round of the Delphi study on "Quantum Outreach: Stakeholders, Opportunities, Problems, and Solutions." A print version of the questionnaire is also attached. The comments section in the dataset is deleted to protect the privacy of the participants.
