This dataset is designed for tissue segmentation in gastric cancer cases, consisting of 100 Regions of Interest (ROIs) extracted from Whole Slide Images (WSIs) sourced from the TCGA database. The dataset annotates six tissue types: tumor, lymphoid stroma, desmoplastic stroma, smooth muscle, necrosis, and others. Each ROIs image is saved as a .png file, and its annotation as a .txt file, with a pixel-wise matrix indicating the tissue types.
