CancerSEA

CancerSEA（Cancer Single-cell State Atlas）是一个癌症单细胞状态图谱数据库。该数据库由哈尔滨医科大学生物信息科学与技术学院开发，旨在全面解码癌细胞在单细胞水平上的不同功能状态。收录了25种人类癌症中41,900个癌症单细胞的14种功能状态信息，包括血管生成、侵袭、转移、增殖等关键生物学过程。CancerSEA (Cancer Single-cell State Atlas) is a cancer single-cell state atlas database. Developed by the School of Bioinformatics Science and Technology at Harbin Medical University, it aims to comprehensively decode the diverse functional states of cancer cells at the single-cell resolution. The database contains 14 types of functional state information from 41,900 single cancer cells across 25 human cancer types, covering key biological processes including angiogenesis, invasion, metastasis and proliferation.
