Personal IgG subtype concentration data

IgG subtype concentrations and FcR complex formation for 105 deidentified RV144 vaccinees used as input in simulations for the 2021 paper: A systems approach to elucidate personalized mechanistic complexities of antibody-Fc receptor activation post-vaccinationConcentrations were estimated from experimentally measured MFIs (see methods section of paper). FcR complex formation was only measured for 30 vaccinees. A244 data is used in the majority of the paper. BAL data is used for the secondary validation of IgG1 responders and non-responders.
