We performed RNA sequencing to profile the transcriptomes of wild-type (WT) and Tim-3 knockout (KO) bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) after ex vivo stimulation with liver homogenates. WT BMDCs were stimulated with normal diet (ND) or high-fat diet (HFD) liver homogenates to assess the impact of the metabolic microenvironment. Tim-3 KO BMDCs were stimulated with HFD homogenates to isolate the specific role of Tim-3 in mediating the HFD-induced transcriptional response. This dataset enables a comprehensive comparison of gene expression changes induced by HFD and dependent on Tim-3 signaling in dendritic cells.
