FOREIGN MODELS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF CYBERSPACE CONTENT-DISTRIBUTION CONTRACTS: A TYPOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION AND THE EAST ASIAN EXPERIENCE

This article comparatively analyses foreign models of regulation of content-distribution contracts. A three-vector typology — liberal-American, balanced-European, and state-centric East Asian — is developed. The experience of China and the Republic of Korea is examined in detail. A universal hybrid model and a draft Civil Code article are proposed for Uzbekistan.
