The core of this dataset is to define user behavior coefficients by combining the touchpoint channels of marketing campaigns with user feedback behaviors on various touchpoints in the perfume industry, analyze user purchase intentions to predict sales conversion rates, rate user loyalty based on purchase history data, help enterprises assess campaign completion status, analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, and provide data support for the planning of various types of corporate activities and the formulation of marketing promotion strategies. This data methodology can be widely applied to perfume industry, retail enterprises, telecommunications operators, healthcare, livelihood service providers and other institutions, helping enterprises formulate operational strategies and touchpoint channels through such analytical data, reduce costs, improve marketing effectiveness and user loyalty.
Data Collection: Data is generated and analyzed and processed via Shuyun's self-developed Kirin CRM marketing system, and updated daily.
Data Processing: Specific user IDs are used as unique identifiers. Raw data is cleaned and deduplicated based on the data source model, user behavior coefficients are defined according to user behaviors, sales conversion rates are predicted through user purchase intentions, and user loyalty ratings are determined in combination with user purchase history data.
Data Elaboration: The "touchpoint channels" in this dataset include: SMS, email, super SMS, WeChat template messages, AI outbound calls, Taobao SMS, mini-program subscription messages, Douyin SMS, WeChat Work messages, sales consultant tasks; "user behaviors" include click, reply, unsubscribe, open, submit, share; "user behavior coefficients": click (0.3), reply (0.6), unsubscribe (0.1), open (0.5), submit (0.7), share (0.8); "user purchase intentions": P1 (no intention), P2 (preliminary understanding), P3 (product comparison), P4 (ready to purchase); "user intention coefficients": P1 (0.1), P2 (0.3), P3 (0.5), P4 (0.8); User sales conversion rate prediction = (user behavior coefficient * 0.2 + user purchase intention * 0.4 + user purchase history * 0.4 / 12) * 100%; User sales conversion rate drives user sales conversion; "user loyalty ratings": A (more than 10 times), B (6-9 times), C (2-5 times), D (1 time), E (no purchases).
