Stepwise signals

This dataset provides simulated stepwise signals. The signals are produced using a continuous-time Markov model to simulate random transitions between discrete states. main.zip – The dataset for training and testing, containing signals with different state configurations (2-state, 3-state, 4-state) for model development and evaluation. generalized-test.zip - The dataset for testing, containing signals with different SNRs(SNR = 0.25, 0.5, 1, 3, 5) 2-state.zip - The dataset for training and testing containing 2-state signals with different state configurations 3-state.zip - The dataset for training and testing containing 3-state signals with different state configurations 4-state.zip - The dataset for training and testing containing 4-state signals with different state configurations All trajectories have a total duration of 1000 seconds and were sampled at 1 Hz. Multiple signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) levels are included to assess model performance under different noise conditions. The data are provided in CSV format and include clean signals, noise-only signals, and noisy signals for each parameter configuration. Detailed information on transition rate matrices and parameter indices is provided in the accompanying documentation.
