MODERN APPROACHES TO BUSINESS PLANNING IN STARTUP PROJECTS AND THEIR EFFECTIVENESS

This article examines modern approaches to business planning in startup projects, analyzing their theoretical foundations and practical effectiveness. Alongside traditional business planning models, innovative approaches such as the Lean Startup methodology, the Business Model Canvas, and Agile planning are critically assessed. The study demonstrates that flexible and iterative business planning approaches significantly enhance startups’ market survival rates and investment attractiveness.
