Mapping impact investors in Africa

This mapping shall identify and provide general information on impact investors operating on the African continent in the most comprehensive way possible. <br /> As part of its Impact Investment Chair, the Foundation for International Development Studies and Research (Ferdi) carried out a [study to identify impact investors] (https://ferdi.fr/publications/l-investissement-d-impact-en-afrique-enseignements-d-une-cartographie-du-sector) operating in Africa in 2024 and to assess their characteristics. The database accompanying this study is open access on this page and includes: * study data (Excel file) * a "Methodology" document to be read before using the data. If the database is freely accessible and downloadable, it should not be used for commercial purposes.
