Blood samples were obtained from a randomized, open-label, parallel group reduced exposure study conducted in Poland (ZRHR-REXC-03-EU, NCT01959932) including THS 2.2 nonmenthol (ad libitum use), cigarette (ad libitum use), and SA arms with a 5-day investigational exposure period that was subsequent to a 2-day baseline period during which all subjects smoked their own brand of cigarettes. The transcriptome (mRNAs) was characterized using Affymetrix GeneChip® Human Genome U133 2.0 Arrays. The full dataset is available from ArrayExpress under the identifier: E-MTAB-5332. This dataset is the normalized intensity values for each gene and each sample.
