This dataset accompanies includes tabular source data used for all analyses and figure generation. The data consist of regional fractal dimension values extracted from T1-weighted anatomical MRI scans of Parkinson’s disease patients and healthy control participants, alongside relevant clinical features such as age, sex, MDS-UPDRS III motor improvement scores, DBS target, and pre/post-op change in medication.
Also included is a supplementary sheet listing all 90 anatomical regions from the AAL brain atlas used for FD calculation. This dataset is intended to support reproducibility and further analysis as described in the associated publication.
