<bold>Practice of immersive Biochemistry interactive class based on script Murder Game</bold> —<bold>taking glycolysis as an example</bold>

This paper takes the glycolysis metabolic pathway as an example and integrates the script Murder Game into the Biochemistry class to construct an immersive interactive teaching mode. By designing a script murder course that incorporates role-playing, mystery-solving, and team collaboration, the complex biochemical reaction process of glycolysis is transformed into vivid and interesting plot missons. Teaching practice shows that this teaching mode significantly improves students' classroom participation and learning effectiveness, provides new insights for creating a lively biochemistry classroom.
