"Scalograms of clinical needle EMG of patients with sodium and chloride channelopathies"

"This dataset contains de-identified wavelet scalograms derived from routine intramuscular electromyography (iEMG) recordings obtained from patients with sodium- and chloride-channel myotonias. The original recordings were acquired from five muscles using a concentric needle electrode under multiple examination protocols and sampled at 44.1 kHz with a duration of approximately 30 s per recording. Raw EMG recordings are not included. Instead, the dataset provides image-based time-frequency representations derived from the recordings, together with accompanying metadata describing transform type, pseudonymous patient code, muscle, protocol, and class label where permitted. The shared dataset includes selected recordings with clearly identifiable myotonic discharges and is intended for reproducibility, benchmarking, and methodological development in EMG-based machine learning."
