Transcriptomic analysis of 5637 bladder cancer cell line transfected with MAT1A plamid, 48 hours post transfection Overall design: 5637 bladder cancer cell line (human) were transfected to overexpress MAT1A using a MAT1A plasmid obtained from Origene (2 ug/ul) at 50% confluency in a 24-well plate using Lipofectamine 3000 (following manufacturer guidelines). RNA was collected directed into Qiagen RLT RNA storage buffer supplemented with beta-mercaptoethanol for RNA sequencing preparation, 48h post transfection.
