In-vivo fluorescence imaging of larval zebrafish heart activity embedded in agarose. Fish express GPF under cmlc2 promoter. A brief ultraviolet light stimulus (1.5 s) was delivered at 120 s to analyze organ dynamics. This dataset also contains 2D pose estimation of the ventricle and atrium by tracking the border of both chambers across the full video.
