Alouatta palliata x Alouatta pigra hybrid zone ddRADseq

Reduced-representation sequence data for parental individuals (in allopatry) and hybrid zone individuals (in sympatry) used to assess population genetic structure across the hybrid zone, identify admixed individuals, and identify loci with reduced introgression. We also examined the relationship between locus-specific cline parameters and differentiation to understand how selection shaped reproductive isolation.
