From uncertainty analysis to revisable commitments: Public infrastructure appraisal and capital allocation across five regimes
收藏资源简介:
This reproducibility package accompanies a comparative study of how public infrastructure appraisal regimes translate uncertainty analysis into revisable capital-allocation commitments. It contains public-safe data, codebooks, source registers, scenario and sensitivity outputs, an episode-era crosswalk and evidence ledger, source data for manuscript tables and figures, and validation and reproduction scripts. The package covers 624 document-variable observations derived from 26 documents grouped into 12 regime families across five jurisdictions, together with eight structured project-decision episodes. Third-party source documents, licensed bibliographic exports, personal identifiers, coder attestations and internal development materials are excluded. Official source links and evidence references are retained for provenance.
