spongEffects is a new method designed to infer modules from pre-computed competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) networks. In addition, spongEffects calculates patient-level module enrichment scores (spongEffects scores) for downstream machine learning tasks. Here, we make available spongEffects scores for 19 cancer types part of the TCGA project as RData objects, each containing spongEffects score matrices for tumor samples and normal ones (if available).
