MicroMesoForecast

Data and code associated with Tredennick et al. (2016), "Do we need demographic data to forecast plant population dynamics?", to appear in Methods in Ecology and Evolution. Most simulation and modeling result files are not included due to file size constraints. Likewise, some data files will need to be moved around for the code to work in the current directory structure. Therefore, if you are really interested in running specific analyses, please visit the GitHub repository for this work: https://github.com/atredennick/MicroMesoForecast. Code is uploaded in two filesets: analysis and figure_table_scripts. See readme files therein for descriptions.
