Persistent insulating state at megabar pressures in strongly spin-orbit coupled Sr2IrO4

This dataset contains the electrical transport measurement results and Raman spectrum results of the strongly correlated 5d transition metal material SrIr2O4 at high pressure, which were respectively measured in the home-built 9T superconducting magnet transport system, the Raman system of Renishaw. The collection time was from 2017 to 2020. The collected primary data are arranged into corresponding folders in the form of txt files.This dataset contains four folders, which are respectively the txt format source data sets of electrical transport and Raman results under high pressure.All files in this document must run in windows7 or later. txt files can be opened by any version.
