This is data from the paper "Artificial intelligence velocimetry reveals in vivo flow rates, pressure gradients, and shear stresses in murine perivascular flows" published in PNAS, 2023 This is the raw imaging data from Mouse 1. The .raw file is the particle tracking video, and Geometry4.mat is a Matlab file containing the 3D z-stack and accompanying segmentation (pvs_smooth).
