Developing methods guidance for health researchers: literature review of proposed and applied strategies

This dataset includes a MAXQDA file from a literature review conducted as part of the STREAM project (see OSF project page: https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/MDNZC and study protocol https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jclinepi.2026.112184 for further details). The review combines two components: one focused on proposed strategies and another on applied strategies for methods guidance development. The MAXQDA file reflects this structure, with two separate sets of the reviewed documents corresponding to each component. This file was used for the qualitative analysis and contains the coding structure underlying the analysis. It allows users to explore how the data were coded and interpreted across both components of the review.
