The effect of persimmon on apple leaves endophitic bacteria microbes

Apple root rot has seriously restricted the development of apple industry. We accidentally found that apple and persimmon intercropping can reduce the occurrence of apple root rot. To clarify the effect of endophytic bacteria of apple leaves by persimmon tree, collection the soil and leaves of healthy and infecting root rot apple tree, persimmon tree and intercropping. The high-throughput sequencing was performed on the Illumina Miseq platform to analyze the bacterial communities in the leaf samples.
