2870 genes and 2789 genes were upregulated in senescent cells induced by seum depletion and GCDC treatment, respectively. 1841 genes were upregulated commonly in both 2 conditions. In the study presented here, biliary epithelial cells treated with serum depletion and GCDC treatment was used to acquire expressions profile of senescenct cells, leading to the successful construction of supervied.
