Proteomics profile of dimorphic transformation of Tremella fuciformis

Tremella fuciformis Berk., also known as white fungus and snow fungus, is one of the rare edible and medicinal mushrooms featured in China, and it has two phenotypes, yeast form and mycelium form, which can be mutually transformed. The mechanism underlying this transformation is currently unclear. In this study, proteinprofil ewere screened from the sequenced time samples based on proteomics.
