Maternal and child nutrition and health survey questionnaire: the PERUSANO study

Survey questionnaire for the PERUSANO study (available in both English and Spanish languages). <br> Data collected include household socio-demographic characteristics, maternal and infant 24 hour dietary recalls, maternal food frequency questionnaire, maternal and child anthropometry (height, weight), morbidity and maternal and infant haemoglobin concentration. Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of the Instituto de Investigación Nutricional (IIN) Peru (reference 388-2019/CIEI-IIN) and Loughborough University (C19-87).
