Lactate/HCAR1 mediates STAT1/2 dephosphorylation through a nonclassical signaling pathway, thereby promoting OS progression

We knocked out HCAR1 in 143B cells by CRISPR/cas9 to construct HCAR1-KO cell line. HCAR1-KO cells and wild-type cells were stimulated with 10 mM lactate for 24 h, and then samples were extracted for RNA-seq to explore the transcriptomic changes mediated by lactate activation of HCAR1.
