Supplemental Data 4 provides provides a .csv file, as part of the Roary output, which includes presence/absence data for genes annotated by Prokka.This file is to be visualized with Supplemental Data 3 on Phandango (https://jameshadfield.github.io/phandango/#/main) to view the interactive V. parahaemolyticus pangenome.
