Numerical and experimental investigation of preferential transport using undisturbed soil columns from arid soils

The results of bench scale solute transport experiment where nine undisturbed columns were semi-continuously injected with Br. The resulting break through curves were used to calibrate dual porosity model. In another set of experiments NO3 was instantaneously injected and break through curves served as validation for the calibrated model.
