HNSCC mutations in a South Asian population. Homo sapiens

This aim of this study was to identify novel driver and other significant mutations through whole exome sequencing of head and neck cancer patient samples from Pakistan, a developing country in South Asia. The incidence of head and neck cancer incidence is high in Pakistan and this is the first such study from the country.
