Staphylococcus aureus strain was isolated from a patient with pulmonary infection, a possible case of nosocomial (hospital-acquired) and community-acquired infections. The main purpose of this study was to isolate bacterial sample from hospitalized patient/s, genome sequencing and post-genomic data analysis for getting insight into the pathogen genome for genomic variation in disease causing factors and finding possible novel therapeutic targets among persisting S. aureus strains, to overcome health related opportunistic infections.
