Homology model of CARD domain of human AIRE protein (Uniprot ID O43918; amino acids 1-100). Homo sapiens

The reference sequence of the CARD domain of AIRE protein (Uniprot ID O43918; amino acids 1-100) was subjected to homology modelling using four templates, namely 3YGS_P, 1CY5_A, 4I16_A and 2NZ7_A. Among the 1000 models generated using MODELLER 9.12, top 100 models having high accuracy scores were subjected to optimization and structure refinement, followed by validation and selection of one optimal model.
