Expression data of 10-day old ssrp1-2 and spt16-1 mutants in comparison to wild type plants

Genome-wide transcript profiling was performed to identify possible alterations in gene expression of ssrp1-2 and spt16-1 mutants. Aerial parts of 10-day old wild type Col-0 and ssrp1-2 as well as spt16-1 mutants were harvested for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. Plants were grown under standard growth conditions (100 µmol m-1 s-2) on 0.5xMS plates in the growth chamber. Several plants (100mg) were pooled to obtain a homogeneous population for the RNA isolation.
