Transcriptome change associated with GhSBI in fruiting branch

Using shoot-apex of fruiting branch from two over-expression lines(OE1 and OE2) and the transgenic receptor(YZ-1) ,We want to identify genes affected by GhSBI, a CUC2 homolog in cotton.
