Observer Zero, Study 2: raw confirmatory run artifacts for "Do LLM Agents Form Epistemic Communities?"

Raw simulation artifacts for the second, pre-registered study in the Observer Zero programme, reported in "Observer Zero: Do LLM Agents Form Epistemic Communities?" (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21906653). Eighty-five runs across five arms on quarantined seeds 1000-1009, produced 2026-08-11/12. Each run artifact carries the full config and manifest, per-agent action history and belief timeline, failed reviews, cost, and the complete event stream. Files are split by arm and scenario so one condition can be retrieved without downloading all of it; analysis-outputs.zip holds the derived files for all five arms. Unzip everything into a single runs/ directory to restore the layout the code expects. 113 files in total: 85 run artifacts and 28 derived files. Two commits matter and they are different. The design was frozen at commit 85bcdfb (tag study2-freeze) before any confirmatory seed was run: hypotheses, endpoint definitions, thresholds, arms, seeds and analysis rules. The analysis was performed at the later commit 587aaf3, because two implementation defects were found while analysing and fixed before any number was reported; neither changed the design. Recomputing the activation endpoints with any commit earlier than 587aaf3 will produce different numbers. README.md documents both, along with per-file contents and the reproduction path.
