资源简介:

This Zenodo record contains two top-level supplementary files associated with the manuscript "Annotation Criteria Development and Statistical Analysis of Geomagnetic Storm Main-Phase Details" by Xiuxia Zhang, Zhaobo He, and Dmitry Kudin. Additional file 1 ("Annotated dataset of geomagnetic storm main-phase details", ZIP archive) contains the consolidated dataset package, including: (1) summary_all_events.csv, which lists 130 candidate geomagnetic storm events from solar cycle 25 together with the March 1989 illustrative example and provides event identity, time range, annotation status, pending reason where applicable, source file, and counts of the five main-phase detail types for annotated events; (2) main_phase_details_annotated_cycle25.csv, which provides the merged segment-level records used directly in the statistical analysis for all solar-cycle-25 events with Status = Annotated; and (3) event-level CSV files retained for traceability, including the standalone annotation record of the March 1989 super geomagnetic storm used as an illustrative example. Additional file 2 ("Description of data fields and file organization", text file) provides a description of the file organization, file naming conventions, variable definitions, abbreviations, time formats, and the meanings of annotation status labels, pending-reason labels, and main-phase detail types used in Additional file 1. The dataset is based on the minute-resolution SYM-H index. Of the 130 candidate geomagnetic storm events screened, 113 events with operationally identifiable main phases were included in the statistical analysis, yielding 1325 annotated main-phase detail records classified into five types: Decrease (D), Gradual Increase before Decrease (GID), Decrease followed by Gradual Increase (DGI), Sudden Impulse positive (SI+), and Oscillating Platform (OP). This repository version is intended to provide a consolidated and citable form of the supplementary materials and to support reproducible annotation, cross-event comparison, and future studies of internal structures within geomagnetic storm main phases.
