Analysis of fecal microbial composition of Tibetan pigs and commercial pigs at species level

The ability of second-generation sequencing technology to detect microbiota at the species level is limited. In order to identify species composition in feces at the species level in more detail, we use third-generation sequencing technology based on the Pacbio technology for detection to supplement the deficiency of second-generation sequencing technology
