The present invention provides a fertilizer and a method for fertilizing the fertilizer， and in particular， a fertilizer containing calcium sulfate particles， a dispersant， and at least one microbial powder and a fertilizing method thereof. The calcium sulfate particles， dispersant and at least one microbial powder are evenly mixed. Through the present invention， it is possible to effectively increase the production of crops and prevent diseases in which some nutrients are deficient.
