资源简介:
This dataset contains the evaluation instruments developed and used for the pilot feasibility study titled “Feasibility and Effectiveness of Web–Based Nursing Education Course for Cancer Immunotherapy–Related Adverse Events: Multicenter Quasi–Experimental Study”. The study assessed a web-based nursing education course designed to improve oncology nurses' knowledge, clinical thinking, and self-learning ability regarding the management of immunotherapy-related adverse events (irAEs).
The study evaluated a structured online educational intervention for oncology nurses. To measure feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary effectiveness, three key questionnaires were developed and administered:
irAEs Nursing Knowledge Questionnaire: A criterion-referenced multiple-choice test assessing factual and applied knowledge across the domains of irAEs prevention, assessment, intervention, and follow-up.
irAEs Clinical Thinking Ability Questionnaire: A case-based evaluation tool presenting clinical vignettes, designed to measure nurses’ analytical skills, care prioritization, and intervention planning for irAEs scenarios.
Course Satisfaction Survey: A post-intervention questionnaire evaluating participants’ perceptions of the course content, delivery format, learning effectiveness, and overall satisfaction.
All instruments were developed based on the course curriculum and underwent preliminary validation. The knowledge and clinical thinking tools were assessed for content validity by an expert panel and for reliability (test-retest and inter-rater reliability, respectively). Sharing these tools ensures full transparency of the study’s outcome measures, facilitates direct replication of the assessment methodology, and provides valuable resources for researchers and educators in oncology and nursing education.
