Sub-Alpine Lake (>600 m) High-Frequency Water Temperature, DOC (2007-2021), and Weather Station (Fall 2023) Dataset, Maine, USA.

We collected high-frequency surface and bottom water temperature in a set of nine high-elevation lakes in Maine, USA from 2007-2021. High-elevation is defined >600m above sea level. Dissolved organic carbon concentration data for the same time period and set of lakes is modified from Nelson, S.J., R.A. Hovel, J.F. Daly, A.L. Gavin, S. Dykema, and W.H. McDowell. 2021.
