Diptera: Cyclorrhapha Transcriptomes from ANIC for phylogenetic studies Raw sequence reads

RNAseq experiments to sequence the transcriptomes of various flies. Taxa were carefully chosen to enhance several major efforts to elucidate the phylogenetic relationships of major lineages of cyclorrhaphan flies using genome scale data. These Diptera and relatives are part of the "TransANIC" project which was part of a partnership between the Australian National Insect Collection and the Beijing Genome Institute to sequence hundreds of insect transcriptomes.
